TLCM business split into the following:
1. Business consultation: to provide consultation and market overview to new venture and existing businesses on their product and services base on latest oil and gas trending.
2. Tender/bidding:
a) To provides technical and commercial inputs on Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Installation and Commissioning (“EPCIC”), Pan-Malaysia Maintenance, Construction and Modification (“PM-MCM”) and Topside Maintenance (“TSM”) tenders.
b) To provide technical and commercial inputs on Production Sharing Contract (“PSC”) tender especially Late Life Assets (“LLA”) from PETRONAS.
3. Project Management: to provide project management services related to project execution of EPCIC, PM-MCM and TSM project.
4. Product and Services Sourcing: to provide sourcing for products and services with latest technology that suit or able to improve the efficiency and productivity of the execution of the project such as digitalization in manpower, tool, equipment and consumable sourcing and tracking, composite wrapping, magnetic leak sealing pads, trainings, etc.
TLCM motto is to assist businesses to create opportunity and improve the outcome of the project execution with ultimate aim to create a strong eco-system in oil and gas industry for both clients and products / service providers.
