SENARI SYNERGY SDN BHD

Senari Synergy Sdn Bhd (“Senari Synergy Group”) was incorporated in Malaysia on 29 July 2010 as an investment holding company primarily focused in the downstream of the oil and gas industry.

Senari Synergy Group owns and operates three (3) oil and gas terminals in the State. These terminals, Independent Oil Terminal and Southern Oil Distribution Terminal are located at Jalan Bako, Kuching while Central Oil Distribution Terminal is in Tanjung Manis. The terminals facilitate the distribution of petroleum products to serve the needs of the users in the Southern and Central Region of Sarawak. In addition to the oil and gas terminals, Senari Synergy Group owns a bitumen storage facility, which operated by Borneo Asphalt Sdn Bhd. Senari Synergy Group also invested in the palm oil and refining business in Kuching Palm Oil Industries Sdn Bhd.

Senari Synergy Group is also in the business of developing Light Industrial Park for Petrochemicals, Oleochemicals and other Related Industries (LIPPOR) within Senari Synergy Industrial Complex at Jalan Bako, Kuching. The industrial park is well equipped with a proper infrastructure comprising of roads, drainage, water, power supply and a full-fledged telecommunications service to cater for potential domestic and international investors who aspire to gain a foothold in Sarawak.

All developments within the Senari Synergy Industrial Complex are fully accessible to Senari Synergy Port, which operated by Senari Synergy Port Sdn Bhd. It is recognised as an international Oil, Gas and Chemicals port operator and operates in full compliance with International Ship and Port Facility Security Code (ISPS) to cater for the need of domestic and international vessels.
