PLC is licensed by PETRONAS, the Malaysian National Oil company since 1998 in the areas of HSE, Risk & emergency management as well as technical engineering services for oil & gas, petrochemical, marine, and major hazard companies. PLC had in the past two decades undertaken numerous HSE and related projects for various upstream Oil & Gas companies including Petronas Carigali operations be it in Malaysia, in ASEAN nations such as Vietnam, Indonesia, Myanmar as well as in countries like Sudan, Mauritania, Iraq (via Dubai), etc, ExxonMobil, Shell, Repsol (Talisman), Mubadala, Enquest, IPC (Lundin), Nippon Oil, Hess and many more.
PLC specializes in HSE, Risk, and Emergency Management solutions for many other upstream Oil & Gas companies in Malaysia and we also provide this range of services for many downstream, petrochemical, chemical & Major Hazard companies, either in Malaysia or regionally.
PLC’s strength is in the area of consulting, engineering services, training, and solutions for HSE, risk, emergency, oil spill management, assurance, management system, and technical services categories.
