Petrogroup Sdn Bhd (formerly known as Petroclamp Product Centre and related company with Petroclamp Sdn Bhd) was incorporated on 19th September 2012 with a vision to be a recognized service provider for the Oil and gas industry in Malaysia. In 2013, Petro Group was awarded a 5 years contract to manufacture and supply Downhole Cable Protector through PETRONAS Vendor Development Program (VDP).
Petrogroup has successfully penetrated the Malaysia market with Interventionless Precision Valve (IPV), utilizing the Completion of New Technology Equipment and services for PETRONAS. In 2021 Petrogroup was awarded a five-year contract for Permanent Downhole Gauge (PDG) and recently in 2023, was awarded 3 three-year contracts of Limitless® Fracturing equipment and services, for PETRONAS.
In 2018, Petrogroup ventured into the Surface Solution business portfolio by providing the following products and services: Wells Digital, Fire Safety Equipment, Inspection Services, and Trading. This new business portfolio will support the Oil & Gas and Marine Industries.
Our continuous commitment to promoting safety and quality in our day-to-day operations further enhanced our strength and capabilities in offering value-added services, providing solutions, and enhancing operational efficiency through technology applications.
With this strong foundation, we will continue to expand our presence locally and abroad.
