Merit Composites Sdn Bhd is involved in offshore pipeline repairs, with a primary focus on serving the oil & gas industry through innovative and effective repair systems. Our company is based in Kuala Lumpur and specializes in the design, manufacturing, and installation of pipeline strengthening and protection systems for offshore risers and subsea pipelines. Furthermore providing services for various applications such as insulation protection, pipe supports and leak containment repair for offshore structures.

Since its incorporation in 2003, MErit Composites Sdn Bhd has been involved in the development, design, manufacturing, and installation of a proprietary Epoxy Sleeve Repairs System. Since then, Merit Composites Sdn Bhd has completed, supplied, and installed over 60 epoxy sleeve repair systems to major oil and gas production operators in South-East Asia and the Middle-East region.

With the skill and knowledge obtained from the extensive experience in pipeline repairs since 2003, Merit Composites Sdn Bhd has furthermore become active in the research, development, and engineering of the new technologies, such as an innovative full-composite repair system for the strengthening and protection of offshore risers, pipelines, and marine piles, and Conductor Guide Protection System for protection and stabilization of offshore conductor as well as the recent OGSE funded, marine growth removal system for offshore structures.
