DESA 7 RESOURCES (M) SDN BHD (DS7), is a Malaysian-based Inspection and Services Company, specializing in tubular inspection and maintenance services. Founded in the year 2009 by the late Safrudin Mahfoz, DS7 is continuously committing to its vision to be the Top Oil and Gas Inspection Services Company with accreditation, Intellectual Property protection and has been awarded as the 2019 SME Top100 Malaysian Fast-Moving Companies. We also provide other services such as drill string equipment inspection, lifting inspection, non-destructive test, and other rig components inspections in Malaysia.

Core Business

  • Tubular Inspection & Maintenance Services
    Tubular (Casing and Tubing Strings) inspects in accordance with API Standards to ensure no defects and wear, before utilizing in Drilling Activities.
  • Drill Pipe & BHA Inspection Services
    Inspection of Drill Pipe, Heavy Weight Drill Pipe, Drill Collar, and BHA Components of Drilling
    Rigs inspected in accordance with DS1 / NS2 / API Standards.
  • Lifting Inspection
    Inspection of Cargo Carrying Units (CCU) and Lifting Gear Equipment (LGE), in accordance to
    BSEN / DNV / LEEA Standards.
  • Non-Destructive Test (NDT)
    Includes Visual Test (VT), Magnetic Particle Testing (MT), Liquid Penetrant Testing (PT),
    Electromagnetic Testing (ET) & Ultrasonic Testing (UT).
  • Hydroblast / Hydrotest Services
    - Miscellaneous Hydroblast Cleaning Services by High-Pressure Water Jet (HPWJ).
    - Hydrotest Services from 50psi to 15000psi.
