Asiaflex products is a TechnipFMC flexible pipe manufacturing facility, located in Tanjung Langsat Industrial Complex, Pasir Gudang, Johor, Malaysia.

The plant is designed to cater for the global flexible pipe market demand serving an extensive and diverse scope of national and international clients. The 20-hectare site has been developed as one-stop hub, where the manufacturing of flexible pipes, auxiliary equipment, the mobilization of transportation and installation vessels and umbilical are fully integrated. This allows us to efficiently execute an integrated engineering, procurement, construction and installation (iEPCI) campaign and deliver a fully integrated subsea system.

The plant has inhouse capability to perform full termination for flexible pipes and Coflexip Products, onshore high pressure fracking pipes, factory acceptance tests and fixed packing line with coiling for small pipes. The site is equipped with 2 units of reel carrier and is able to maneuver up to 400 tons of finished products to the quayside and load-out onto vessels, with Asiaflex Products owned fixed quay crane with capacity 370 tons.
