MY 
OGSE Technology Network (OGTEN) is an initiative pioneered by MPRC as part of Technology Lever initiative under the National OGSE Industry Blueprint 2021 – 2030. OGTEN is to serve as a collaborative platform to connect demand (industry pain points and energy transition opportunity) and supply (research expertise, Patent), enabled by necessary facilitations (funding, technical services, market access).
The mission is to foster innovation and promote cross collaboration with the objective to bridge R&D towards technology development and commercialization.
The ultimate goals are to support nation building by:
Increase commercialization rate (%) of local OGSE technology patents
Contributes to national Gross Expenditure on R&D (%)
Increase number of Researchers, Engineers, Scientists and Technologists (RSETs) in OGSE Sector
Contributes to push Malaysia’s Rank in Global Innovation Index
