Assist businesses to transform through automation, digitalization and ESG practices

Funding Amount

RM100,000 - RM5 million

Claim Method

Claim to be given to the vendor/supplier directly or to the applicant if the payment is made in advance.

Applications Document

Basic Required Documents:

  1. Valid business license
  2. CTC company form
  3. CTC IC copy for all director/shareholders (front & back)
  4. 6 months bank statement
  5. Latest annual return
  6. Latest 3 years audited financial statement
  7. Draft/latest management account

Note: Additional documents may be requested for credit assessment if necessary.​

Purpose of Financing

CAPEX/ Working Capital

Eligibility

  1. SME incorporated under the Companies Act 1965, Companies Act 2016 or Registration of Business Ordinance 1956
  2. Annual Sales or Turnover more than RM200,000
  3. At least 60% equity held by Malaysians
  4. Possesses valid business premise license by local authority
  5. SMEs with shareholding not exceeding 20% held by public-listed companies (only if applicable)

Scope of Funding

  1. Fixed Assets:
    – Machinery & equipment / IT hardware & software / commercial property
