SME Revitalisation Financing (SMERF)

Provider

Malaysian Industrial Development Finance Berhad (MIDF)

Objective

Assist viable SMEs as well as companies in underserved sectors that are constrained by financial difficulties.

Funding Amount

RM50,000 – RM250,000

Claim Method

Claim to be given to the vendor/supplier directly or to the applicant if the payment is made in advance.

Purpose of Financing

CAPEX/ Working Capital

Eligibility

  • At least 60% equity held by Malaysians
  • Registered with SSM & possess valid business license
  • Must have viable proposal
  • Start-up company must be in operation for more than 6 months
  • Must not have applied for a similar new banking facility in the past 1 year
  • SMEs in all economic sectors

Scope of Funding

  1. Fixed Assets:
    – Machinery & equipment/motor vehicles/hardwares & softwares
  2. Working Capital
