Dana Mudahcara MySTI

Objective

Dana Mudahcara MySTI is an initiative aimed at assisting Malaysian start-ups and SMEs that have developed their own technologies and conducted research and development (R&D) to penetrate and gain access to Government procurement opportunities.

 

Under this initiative, companies will receive financial capital to facilitate the production costs of their products or services throughout the project period, intended for Government use

Funding Amount

70% funding or RM0.5m in the form of grant for the project cost, whichever is lower

Eligibility

  • The company is incorporated under the Companies Act 2016
  • Minimum of 51% Malaysian-owned
  • Has received MySTI logo certification and have registered with MOF’s E-Perolehan
  • Company is eligible to join Government procurement and/or has received offer to produce product or services to the Government

Scope of Funding

  • Cost of Product Registration & Regulatory Compliance – depending on the requirements of the respective Ministry
  • Capital Expenditures – purchase of machinery & equipment
  • Cost of Production – Raw Material
  • Intellectual Property
  • Outsourcing Cost
  • Upgrading of Product / Service costs
