Laying the Groundwork for Effective Talent Mapping. The inaugural Industry Talent Framework (InTAF) report lays the groundwork for a clearer view of OGSE talent supply and demand. Co-developed by MPRC, MOGSC and PETRONAS, the initiative supports more strategic workforce planning by consolidating activity-driven demand data, productivity norms and talent supply pipelines.
