Shapadu Energy Services Sdn. Bhd. is a wholly owned subsidiary of Shapadu Corporation Sdn. Bhd. We were incorporated in 1980 as Shapadu Trading Sdn. Bhd. and in 2012, changed our company name to Shapadu Energy Services Sdn. Bhd. Shapadu Corporation Sdn. Bhd. meanwhile is a leading homegrown Bumiputera conglomerate that traces its roots back to 1972. The group has been involved in key sectors which include oil and gas, construction, logistics, security, property, and hospitality through various subsidiaries and collaborations, and joint ventures.

Shapadu Energy Services Sdn. Bhd. focuses on upstream and downstream businesses within the oil and gas sector. For the upstream segment, our core expertises are Hook-Up and Commissioning (HUC) and Topside Major Maintenance (TMM) works for both greenfields and brownfields. We have been successfully executing a wide range of projects for an extended list of oil and gas field operators. For the downstream segment, we are undertaking mechanical maintenance works and turnaround activities of refineries and onshore plants. In the marine business, we are actively involved in marine vessel management where we manage our own fleets of accommodation workboats and anchor handling and supply vessels. These assets are utilized for offshore projects around Malaysia and have been supporting various clients.
