We are pleased to present our company to you. EVC has 2 business units mainly,

1. Manufacturing Division and
2. Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC)

for the Food and edible, Chemical, Soap and detergent, Petrochemical, Oil and gas, Energy and related industries.

Our Manufacturing Division is mainly a procurement and fabrication of tank, piping, structural, pressure vessel, and process skid packages.

Meanwhile, our EPC Division undertakes site construction work for:

1. Building and processing plant work
2. Bulk Tank and Silo Fabrication work
3. Process and Utility Piping work
4. Mechanical Equipment erection and installation work
5. Electrical and Instrumentation work

EVC has been accredited by the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) with “U” and “R” Stamp for the design, fabrication, procurement, and field assembly of pressure vessels.

EVC possesses the following certification to ensure the quality certification by 3RD party of our engineering and construction work quality and HSE compliance.

1. Department of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH) Pressure Vessel certification
2. American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) Pressure Vessels certification
3. Department of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH) Piping Fabrication certification
4. ISO 9001:2015 ABS Quality Management Certification
5. ISO 14001:2015 ABS Environment Management System
6. ISO 45001:2018 Health and Safety Management System

It is always EVC’s objective to execute projects that meet Client Quality and HSE compliance within the agreed project completion time.

To enable us to provide the best services to our clients and customers, we are equipped with our very own workshop, fabrication yard, in-house engineers/designers, latest design equipment & software, project team, reliable vendors as well as sub-contractors. Our yard is located at Pasir Gudang, a 15-minute travel by car to Tanjung Langsat, Johor Port, and Singapore Checkpoint, and our branch is located in Gebeng, Kuantan. We are able to cover work for the whole of Malaysia including Sabah and Sarawak.
