The present invention generally related hydro-bypass passage way. The hydro-bypass system using the standard type flanges that able are able to adopt in any water piping design and environment, majorly matching the standard water pipe systems and pipe internal diameter. The hydro-bypass system modular type fittings any water piping design and environment including raw water, treated water from reservoir, waste water from reservoir and waste water from petroleum refining processes. The two automated standard gate setup are designed as smart standard gate by adding sensors and actuators mechanism to measure flow rates. The two turbine-block with high pressure in the middle of block to rotate the turbine blade with maximum force would have higher pressure in order to keep the flow rate consistent in the water pipeline system. The outlet-block of the fourth part of the hydro-bypass made same shape as inlet-block does not have sensors extrusion. The water released from the hydro-bypass system through water drain hose outlet-block.
