Financing for early-stage tech companies for growth, mainly for the purpose of working capital requirement, asset/equipment purchase and business development.
Financing limit of up to RM10 million
• Public or private limited company incorporated in Malaysia
• Minimum paid-up share capital of RM100,000
• Minimum five (5) employees
• No restriction on foreign shareholding
• Viable technology project/ contract
To provide financing for commercialisation of high-value and innovative emerging technologies/products through a hybrid approach to financing facilities offered via equity acquisition/debt or combinations (i.e. standalone debt/convertible equity) to better match the expected cash flow and prospects of the applicant in order to improve the commercialisation of domestic technology and innovation.
