Future Ready Financing (FRF)

Provider

Malaysian Industrial Development Finance Berhad (MIDF)

Objective

To support local SMEs with comprehensive financial support, expert advisory, and access to cutting-edge technological solutions.

Funding Amount

  1. Financing Amount: RM 50,000 – RM20 million
  2. Financing Rate: 4% p.a. on monthly rest for SMEs
  3. Margin of Financing: Up to 100%

Applications Document

Basic Required Documents

  1. Valid business license
  2. CTC company form
  3. CTC IC copy for alldirector/shareholders (front & back)
  4. 6 months bank statement
  5. Latest annual return
  6. Latest 3 years auditedfinancial statement
  7. Draft/latest management account

Purpose of Financing

Technology Development

Eligibility

  1. Registered with SSM
  2. Annual sales or turnover of more than RM200,000.
  3. At least 51% Malaysian ownership.
  4. Minimum of 2 years in operation.
  5. A quotation from a panel technology solution provider is mandatory.
  6. For start-up companies in operation for at least 6 months with director/shareholder/key management having 5-year experience in similar industry or relevant field
  7. Manufacturing and Manufacturing Related Services (MRS) sectors

  3. IT Hardware & Software
  4. Commercial Vehicles
  5. Working Capital
