Sustainable Green Biz Financing (SGBF)

Provider

Malaysian Industrial Development Finance Berhad (MIDF)

Objective

To encourage green technology and energy efficiency projects among local businesses and industry players.

Funding Amount

  1. Financing Amount: RM100,000 – RM10 million
  2. Financing Rate:
    • 2% p.a. on monthly rest for SMEs
    • 5% p.a. on monthly rest for Non-SMEs

Basic Required Documents

    1. Valid business license
    2. CTC company form
    3. CTC IC copy for alldirector/shareholders (front & back)
    4. 6 months bank statement
    5. Latest annual return
    6. Latest 3 years auditedfinancial statement
    7. Draft/latest management account

Energy Transition

Eligibility

  1. Registered with SSM
  2. Annual Sales or Turnover more than RM200,000
  3. At least 51% equity held by Malaysians
  4. In operation for more than 6 months
  5. Manufacturing & Services sectors.

Scope of Funding

  1. Commercial Property
  2. Machinery & Equipment
  3. IT Hardware & Software
  4. Working Capital
